Hosting

Our website is hosted by Domaintechnik. When the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, accessed pages, browser information and operating system information are processed by the hosting provider. This processing serves to provide, stabilize and secure the website.

Server logs

The hosting provider automatically collects so-called server log files. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website, detect errors and prevent attacks. This data is not combined with other data sources unless legally required or security incidents require it.

Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data entered by you, especially name, email, subject and message, as well as the information required to process your inquiry. This data is sent to us and to the email address you provided, so that the inquiry can be processed and documented. The processing is carried out to handle your inquiry and, if applicable, to implement pre-contractual measures or based on our legitimate interest in efficient communication.

Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our website to protect against misuse and automated spam attacks. This service checks in the background whether form entries originate from a human or an automated program. For this purpose, technical information such as IP address, browser data and behavioral patterns may be processed. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of our website pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Storage of requests

We store requests from the contact form only for as long as necessary for processing or as required by legal retention requirements. After that, the data will be deleted unless another legal basis permits longer storage.

OpenStreetMap

Our website embeds an OpenStreetMap to show you our location and facilitate your arrival. When using the map, technical data such as your IP address may be transmitted to the map provider or the servers required for map display. The integration is done so that we can present our location in a user-friendly way; if consent is required for the integration, this is done via the cookie banner.
